Anyone, including students, who maintains a personal web page at the university is responsible and liable for the content. Posting material without the copyright holder’s written permission is illegal and against university policy. If such materials reside on a university server, the university must remove it. If such materials are accessed using the university network, the university must block access to the site. Repeated violations will subject the individual to a review.
