that you need to do is determine if the material being
considered is protected by copyright. If it is, then you
have to determine if your usage complies with stated exemptions.

or research materials) in case questions arise concerning

If the material is NOT PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT, you are
done. File your paperwork and go home.

to Step 2 of the Analysis
Workflow to see if your planned usage qualifies for
